Submission Deadlines & Fee per Project per Category:
• Early Bird (Until Sept 15) EGP 10,000
• Standard (Sept 16–Nov 15) EGP 15,000
Fees are applied per project per category.
For example, submitting the same project in two categories counts as two entries.
Each submission is reviewed independently. Companies may submit multiple projects across various categories, with a maximum of three entries per company.
The listed price is exclusive of VAT, which will be applied at a rate of 14% on the total amount.
Refund Policy
Refund requests will only be accepted within 5 working days from the date of payment. After this period, all application fees become non-refundable under any circumstances.
To initiate a refund, applicants must contact us via email or phone within the specified timeframe. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 working days of the request.
